The Perfect Candidate
Humble, yet performance driven
Previous credit and collections experience – 2 years
Works well in a team setting however capable to work independently
Attentive to detail
Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
Looking for a career in a company that rewards results
Enjoys a fast-paced environment
Networks and can leverage various resources to complete required tasks
Possesses efficient time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Has an aptitude to resourcefully skip trace, handling large balances and achieving their goals
What does the day to day look like?
Handling Inbound/outbound collection calls (no tele-marketing; no auto-dialer)
Reviewing accounts and make payment arrangements with clients
Skip Tracing
Contacting customers to negotiate payment of outstanding accounts for external bank clients and financial institutions
Assisting in determining whether to settle claims and/or commence legal action
Handling large volumes of documentation in an organized fashion
Professionally and respectfully negotiating with consumer and exploring money sources to determine best possible arrangement
Performing additional tasks and clerical duties as required
Identifying gaps in the system, policy and procedure along with recommending solutions
Desirables?
Experience in a law firm environment is not required, but is beneficial
