Job description
This is an opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a small team within a rapidly growing company. Successful candidates will report to the Head of Finance and will need to provide accurate, timely, cost-effective, and high-quality credit control for their client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive chasing to collect outstanding monies from a wide range of debtors
- Daily contact with stakeholders via email and telephone
- Handling queries and resolving issues
- Liaising with internal departments
- Reducing bad debt on the ledger
- Monthly statements and copy invoices to customers as and when required
- Amending invoices and raising credit notes
- Reconciliation of accounts
Salary: 24K - 27k per annum DOE

Essential Skills:
- Credit Control experience essential
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised with the ability to work unsupervised
- Good relationship building skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of Sage (desirable but training can be given)
- Customer service skills
