We are pleased to be partnering with our client in recruiting for Credit Controller to join this forward-thinking credit control team.
The Credit Controller will work with internal and external staff, and will be assigned to accounts to target collection activity.

The Credit Controller will work with internal and external staff, and will be assigned to accounts to target collection activity.
Key Responsibilities for the Credit Controller –
- Managing a high-volume ledger of small and large customers using the collection system
- Chasing customers for payment using telephone and email
- Escalating non-payment issues with the customer, and to the Credit Manager
- Working with the Credit Manager and other departments to fix the root cause of issues
- Recording all action taken on the customer account.
Experience and skills required for the Credit Controller –
- A minimum of 5 years of a Credit Control experience
- Organised with the ability to meet deadlines and hit aggressive collection targets.
- Ability to get results in a firm but cooperative manner, and escalate when needed.
- Good telephone manner, proficient in telephone cash collection techniques.
