Our client, a Taunton-based certified B corporation, is seeking a part-time Credit Controller to join their growing Credit Control team on a permanent basis.
Your daily duties in this Credit Controller role will include:
- Contacting customers regarding overdue payments.
- Resolving any payment discrepancies and addressing customer queries.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer payments and updating the ledger.
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve any billing or invoicing issues.
To be considered for this Credit Controller role, we are seeking candidates with:
- Prior experience in credit control or a similar finance role.
- Effective communication abilities to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently.
