The company
Brewster Partners are currently working with a Leeds based client to recruit for a Credit Controller on a contract basis.
This position is on offer as a six-month contract. An individual who has previous experience in credit control to join a fast-paced environment where current experience can be demonstrated.
The job
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing the collections process from a list of company debtors
- Using various methods of communication to aid the process and ensure targets are achieved
- Escalating accounts with problems where needed to the relevant line management
- Analyse and take appropriate action with customer accounts which raise concerns, considering various factors
- Preparation of various administrative documents such as statements, invoice copies and other documentation
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure correct postings
The person
- Previous experience in a credit control of a similar level will be required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem solving abilities – possessing a can-do attitude
- The ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Knowledge of salesforce/financialforce would be ideal but isn’t a requirement
