Credit Controller - Permanent - Chorley - up to £28,500 DOE
My client is an extremely well-known name in the professional services field - they boast fantastic offices and a great working environment. Joining a small team of Credit Controllers, this will be a fast-paced role and will require somebody experienced within the field. This vacancy has come about purely due to growth - an exciting time for you to join the organisation!
Key duties will include:
- Managing a large, active portfolio of clients
- Chasing outstanding debt via telephone and email (large ledger)
- Resolving any queries from customers/managers
- Attending weekly debt meetings with the Head of Department and reporting statistics back
- Reconciling of accounts
- Starting legal proceedings when required
- Raising of customer invoices
- Takin payments over the telephone

In order to be considered for this vacancy you must:
- Have a MINIMUM of 2 years' experience within a Credit Control role
- Be a clear and confident communicator
- Have experience working to deadlines
- Have excellent prioritisation skills
