Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to continue your career in Finance? Would you thrive in a supportive and collaborative team environment?

We are looking for Credit Control Officers to join the Accounts Receivable team within our Finance Department. Our successful candidates will support the team to ensure the timely and effective collection of all debts and customer payments. They will be required to assist students and other customers with payments and queries and will use a number of communication methods. They will also produce monthly and ad-hoc debt reports and provide collection information relating to the debts.

We are looking for people who can demonstrate relevant experience of working within this type of role and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience of working within the Higher Education sector is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided on University procedures.

We embrace flexibility and a hybrid culture of working; therefore, you will have the opportunity to combine working at our newly refurbished professional services building, Lawress Hall, with days working from home if you wish. Lawress Hall is situated on our Riseholme Campus and is a fantastic space just 3 miles from the city centre, designed to inspire, encourage collaboration, and enable colleagues working in different locations. Ample parking is available, as well as a free shuttle bus for staff from multiple locations around the city to make your commute as simple as possible.

The University of Lincoln offers exciting career opportunities with the chance to grow and develop to reach your full potential. We also offer a wide range of staff benefits, including a generous annual leave allowance of 30 days per year pro rata (plus an additional 14 bank holiday and concessionary days), progressive pay rates, access to discounts at popular stores and more.

If you would like further information or an informal discussion about this exciting opportunity, please contact Kim Palmer at [email protected].
