Job Title: (Midweight) Creative Producer // Creative Account Manager.
Starting Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
Hours: Full-Time Position
Location: Bristol UK (Countryside Location, BS35 1RS)

Brief Job Responsibilities Overview:
- Creative Planning.
- Account management.
- Strong understanding of social content and trends.
- Planning & managing regular client shoots.
- Coming up with unique and creative video concepts for client & internal projects.
- Working closely with our Production and Editing teams.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of Agency or In-Business experience working as an Account Manager, Creative, Junior Producer, Social Media Strategist, or similar.
A must-have for us is someone who is enthusiastic and has a strong understanding of short-form social-first video content that generates results.
Your Role:
With a varied, exciting portfolio of clients, every day is different so expect to roll up your
sleeves and get stuck in.
Planning Client Videos.
- Idea curation, strategic planning, talent booking and management, location scouting, and recces to on-site producing and reviewing final edits.
- Stay up to date with current social trends and content ideas.
- Creating and planning content for our ‘Your Video Partner’(Retainer) clients, overseeing and managing content from the idea pitches to the final delivery.
- Manage multiple projects from pre-production to approval, ensuring production pipelines are carried out effectively on all projects.
- Helping prep and attend video shoots with responsibility for making sure that the end product is in line with the creative treatment.
Account Management & Creative Planning.
- Drawing up detailed video production treatments, decks, and proposals.
- Work without supervision to juggle multiple projects and confidently deliver on time.
- Problem-solving and communicating internally and with clients during the production process.
- Working with our internal content videographer to conceptualize ideas, and plan internal shoots to ensure the company is posting content to social and web channels on a weekly basis.
Client Relations.
- You will be expected to deal directly and confidently with our clients and to act as an account holder during the editing process to provide updates.
- Overseeing and creating tasks on monday.com.
