Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management: Build and lead a high-performing creative team. Recruit, train, and mentor designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Concept Development: Lead the development of innovative and impactful creative concepts that align with marketing objectives, target audience preferences, and brand guidelines. Oversee the creative process, from ideation to execution.
Branding and Visual Identity: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's branding and visual identity. Ensure consistency in brand representation across all creative assets and touchpoints, including digital and print materials, packaging, and advertising.
Design Direction: Provide clear design direction and feedback to creative team members. Review and approve design deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with brand guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of creative efforts. Work collaboratively to develop and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate key messages and achieve business objectives.
Trend Analysis and Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging design techniques, and new technologies. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for creative innovation and differentiation. Implement cutting-edge design approaches to elevate the company's visual identity.
Project Management: Oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and high-quality outputs. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure project success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven track record of success in creative leadership roles, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong creative and artistic abilities, with an exceptional eye for design and attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing creative teams.
In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback.
