- Work with the employer brand leader to prepare a quarterly social media plan and report
- Brainstorm and recommend strategies to assist in the recruitment needs of the business
- Pull and analyze data from our tool to set conclusions and recommendations for recruitment marketing
Creative output
- You ensure all brand guidelines, concepts, and tone of voice are consistent throughout all recruitment deliverables.
- You work closely with the recruitment team and internal communications team to ensure that objectives are clear.
- You work on a series of design projects ranging from ads for the printed or online press, leaflets and catalogs for the stores, custom in-store signage, store openings concepts, programmatic banners, paid social banners, internal and external communication campaigns, and internal communication channels.
- Create videos for recruitment campaigns in line with the needs of the Company
- Creative: Strong creative thinker, director, and problem-solver. Keen awareness of current trends in creative, design, marketing, brand, and experience.
- Communication & presentation: Excellent articulator of ideas. Confident presentations. skills in order to pitch concepts and also explain ideas to a non-creative audience.
- Design & digital: Extensive knowledge of graphic design
- Interpersonal: Excellent interpersonal skills. A clear creative visionary while remaining open to others’ ideas. Exceptional listening skills.
- Resourceful: Proactively able to find quick solutions to overcome any challenge. Sourcing, interviewing, and managing freelance creative.
- Organised: The ability to prioritize
- Efficient: Identify software solutions to help maximize productivity and minimize wasted effort and time.
- Detail-oriented: Keen attention to detail. Managing quality of output to a high standard

- Based in London
- Creative portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Canva
- Knowledge of conducting pre, prod, and post-prod in video
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creativity and resourcefulness
- Willingness to develop, experiment, and debrief the test
- Problem-solving skills
- Organization skills
- The current degree is in multimedia arts or communications, media, design, advertising
- Proficiency in English
