Job description

KOI are looking for a Creative Exec to join the team, this is an exciting role that encompasses all elements of pre-production and post-production, including assisting with the planning of campaigns, launches and social media content. The successful candidate shall be responsible for managing KOI’s social media channels, elevating the existing aesthetic of KOI’s Instagram and TikTok account, creating content that resonates with KOI’s passionate and dedicated online community, and scheduling and uploading Instagram posts, Reels and Stories.

It is essential that the successful candidate has the ability to manage their own tasks and workload, whether this is relating to the day-to-day admin side of the business, or producing exciting campaigns, editorials and coordinating product releases. ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Work directly under the Art Director.
  • Assist with the filming of TikTok/ Reels and working with a variety of freelancers, creating content as briefed in by our Art Director.
  • Assist the Art Director on location and studio shoots, photographic and editing content.
  • Shooting both on-model and still life e-commerce for the KOI website and ensuring that this is sent to our Buying, Graphics & Merchandising Team.
  • Manage our social media accounts, including TikTok and Instagram.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on Photoshop, Premier Pro, and LightRoom, with an eye for graphic design.
  • Researching and creating moodboards and schedules for product focused content shoots.
  • Setting up shoots and helping the team with set design for major campaigns.
  • Strong organisational skills and experience booking models, sourcing relevant props and styling pieces, as well as having existing contacts within the industry including Hair & Makeup Artists, Photographers and Designers.
  • Brainstorming ideas with the marketing team to help drive sales and brand awareness for Koi.

ABOUT YOU

  • Able to think creatively when on the set of a campaign, work to their own initiative, and bring innovative and creative ideas to the table.
  • Have an interest in the footwear & fashion industry with the ability to think of ideas that differ from the mainstream.
  • Must be proficient in Premier Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop.
  • Ability to work effectively and confidently within a creative team, working alongside creative, graphics, marketing and buying teams where necessary.
  • Knowledgeable when it comes to TikTok, Instagram Reels and current trends
  • An out of the box thinker, able to be handed a creative brief and create outcomes that reflect the concept to a high standard whilst considering Koi’s target demographic and brand identity.
  • Able to take initiative and be responsive to current trends, shooting content both around the office and in the studio, all of which should be to a high standard and elevate KOI’s visual identity.
  • An open minded individual who doesn’t shy away when presented with a crazy, bean-covered, Kev-related task – yay to weird!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00 per year
