Creative Content & Social Media Producer
Suffolk Libraries is a charitable organisation, independent of Suffolk County Council, which runs the library service throughout Suffolk.

Suffolk Libraries is committed to innovation and changing the public’s perception of what libraries have to offer. We are looking for someone who:
· Has experience of creating high quality engaging content for social media and email marketing
· Has a creative flare, a good eye for quality, and a wicked sense of humour.
· Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of working
· Has an interest in charity and creative marketing.
· Has excellent communication skills and is able to establish good working relationships with a range of people.
· Is curious and prepared to experiment with new innovative technologies and processes.
· Is proactive and able to jump on trends and bring innovative ideas to life.
· Has experience of using and interpreting analytics data to support planning.
· Is ambitious, with a willingness to access training opportunities to further their personal professional development.
This position is for 30 hours per week, £30,000 pro rata, for a fixed term until March 2026 with potential to extend dependant on funding.
(NB. Flexible hours are also available, and applicants will also be considered for a minimum of 22.5 hours per week).
Due to the breadth of the organisation, this role will require work across multiple sites so a willingness to travel is essential.
