Full time, permanent
Salary: £25k- 35K dependent on experience
Reporting to Creative Director
Flexible mix of office and home-working (minimum of 3 days in office per week)
Job Overview
Grace is an independent, steadily growing advertising agency focusing on healthcare and well- being. Working under the direction of the Creative Director and alongside our Senior designer, we are looking for someone who loves a challenge. Ideally you are a passionate graphic designer/artworker who can support us on various creative campaigns. The role is to work across a range of sectors including prescription only brands, medical devices, aesthetic brands and animal health.
The role requires someone fun and friendly, who is keen to learn, get involved and who can approach a range of creative tasks. The role will also involve some liaising with the account handling team (who work directly with the clients) and working to timeframes. The agency is supported by an on-line traffic system which you will expected to use (training will be given).
An individual who can identify actions that relate to their role and a ‘can-do’ attitude would be at an advantage.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Working closely with the Creative Director and Senior Graphic Designer on creative projects
- Attending briefing meetings when required to understand design project requirements
- Making amends to previously created jobs but also an ability to come up with new ideas and make suggestions to enhance design and layout.
Qualifications
- Must know Adobe Creative Suite and have basic knowledge of ppt and word
- Must be happy to take direction, communicate verbally and share ideas
- Have a strong ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- A knowledge of print and digital communications
- Social media interest
- Willingness/desire to learn new systems and programmes – training can be provided
- Willingness to gain knowledge of various regulations related to the pharmaceutical industry with regards to communication design
