About the team
The UK Creative Agency Partnerships Team is responsible for helping brands and agencies become TikTok fluent and truly understand how to be successful on the platform. Our goal is to partner with agencies to help them become experts on TikTok and lead the conversation with innovative creative solutions.
TikTok is seeking an experienced Creative Agency Partnerships Manager to educate and collaborate with leading UK creative agencies, on how to build best in class advertising solutions for our unique platform. You'll contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid growth across both brand and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to create and execute a strategy that will inspire the creative industry to work with TikTok on their client's behalf. This individual will have the ability to build and sell integrated marketing campaigns, as well as the gravitas to foster executive level relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Firmly establish TikTok as a platform that advertisers, and therefore creative agencies, should be working with to build both brand and performance.
- Establish themselves as the primary liaison and TikTok advocate for your creative agency patch, with a specific focus on key stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and growth with creative agency partners, with a strategic focus on high priority accounts
- Support Agency and Brand team pitching creative-led opportunities to clients
- Provide best-in-class, responsive client service and partnership across all designated clients
- Responsible for shepherding opportunities/inquiries to the right team within TikTok
- Create (and collaborate on) education & inspiration focused programme that has impact across all creative agency departments including account management, communications planning, strategic planning, creative, and production
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, especially product, to translate the needs of agency partners and to develop advertising products that unlock creativity and the power of the platforms
Qualifications:
- Extensive Creative Advertising Agency experience as strategic business lead, strategy director or creative lead within a creative or digital agency
- A detailed understanding of the creative agency landscape
- Demonstrated knowledge of agency strategy development process, and analytical tools used to inform that strategy and/or creative.
