Job Summary: As a Content Creator and Social Media Manager at our Company you will be responsible for crafting compelling content and managing our Google, Instagram, and TikTok pages. Your creative skills and strategic thinking will play a crucial role in building our brand's online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, aligned with our brand's voice and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and relevant topics to create timely and engaging content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our Google My Business, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.
Plan and execute content calendars, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, fostering a positive online community.
Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Audience Engagement: Foster meaningful relationships with our followers, encouraging discussions and interactions.
Implement strategies to increase followers, likes, shares, and overall engagement.
Create and manage social media campaigns and contests to boost brand awareness.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics across all social media platforms.
Maintain a cohesive visual identity and tone of voice in all content.
Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze social media performance, track KPIs, and generate insightful reports.
Provide recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Google My Business, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
