The Cambridge Online Education team are seeking a Course Operations Assistant to join our dynamic, welcoming, and creative team of online learning professionals. This is a customer focused role, in a team where we pride ourselves on our reputation for providing excellent customer service to our learners.
About the role
In this key role, you will be responsible for carrying out vital administrative tasks relating to the delivery of our expanding portfolio of online courses, and providing high quality, efficient and effective services to course teams and learners.
You will support the participant enrolment processes, ensuring all users are added to courses efficiently prior to the start date of the course.
High quality communications to both learners and colleagues are important to our team, and you will provide this by replying to queries sent to the Course Operations mailbox.
You will keep track of the dissemination of tutor contracts prior to each course run, helping to chase recipients to ensure they are signed according to schedule.
You will help maintain the central course data worksheet with accurate information on all courses, and input data into key systems to ensure course products are created on schedule.

About you
You will possess excellent relationship management and communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to express complex and technical ideas in plain English to a variety of audiences.
You are proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
You are fully competent user of Microsoft Office and associated applications and will be confident in meeting tight deadlines.
This is a varied role, therefore you will be comfortable with managing multiple tasks at any one time and able to remain calm under pressure.
