- Responsibilities: As a Course Advisor, your main responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with potential students via phone, email, and chat to understand their educational needs.
- Providing detailed information about our online tuition from Year 1 to GCSE.
- Scheduling trial classes and demo sessions for interested individuals.
- Conducting engaging and informative demo sessions to showcase the benefits of our courses.
- Effectively closing deals and assisting students in enrolling in our programs.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to students throughout their journey.
- Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build rapport and trust with potential students.
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to help individuals succeed.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
