The role
- Confidently and competently answer inbound calls from prospective students
- Make outbound calls to warm leads
- Provide advice and help guide students on to the most suitable course(s) for them
- Close sales/fulfill enrolments for the company
A successful candidate
- Ideally have 2+ years of experience in a sales/telesales-related environment
- Skilled at quickly building a genuine rapport and demonstrating enduring empathy over the telephone
- Will take great pride in their work and consistently demonstrate a high level of achievement and ability to hit targets
- Will be highly self-motivated and able to work as part of a team and able to work independently with a minimum of supervision when needed
- Be assertive and have good persuasive skills
- Be warm and friendly with a pleasant phone manner
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
