Working in the London office as part of the corporate team, the Cosec Coordinator will assist the Cosec team with cosec administration across the business groups and other European operations as required.
This role would suit an ICSA graduate who is seeking their first introduction to a Company Secretarial role. This role will involve full training in a range of tasks to provide legal entity management support to a broad portfolio of entities. The role will face a range of internal stakeholders and departments.
A typical day in the role will involve assisting the Cosec team in various responsibilities such as uploading transaction documents on blueprint, data entry on blueprint, support on KYC requests, creating closing bibles for transactions and collating board pack for meetings.
- Supporting with incorporation of entities from time to time
- Arranging for statutory filings with the Registrar of Companies
- Organising notary meetings to notarise and apostille various documents such as power of attorneys and agreements
- Other Ad hoc support as required
- ICSA Graduate
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Organized, flexible, able to manage several priorities and work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner both inside and outside the organization
- ICSA Graduate or about to complete
