Job description
Responsibilities::
- Heading the Company’s Compliance function;
- Responsible for the drafting of the relevant institution’s Compliance framework and other policies and procedures as applicable;
- Monitoring and internal reporting on compliance and AML/CFT-related processes;
- Responsible for the approval of account opening in accordance with the internal policies and procedures and contributing to the company’s adherence to best practices as well as enhancing and improving compliance processes and systems;
- Responsible for the training of the staff on AML/CFT and compliance-related matters and policy implementation;
- Attending to any related legal matters or ancillary work as and when the need may arise;
- Liaison with the Executive Committee on all aspects of risk and regulatory risk management relating to Programs and direct reporting;
- Working on regulatory and compliance issues;
- Working closely with partners to minimize commercial risk and ensure all services are compliant with Estonia's regulatory requirements
- Involvement with industry bodies on risk and regulatory compliance issues.
Requirements:
- has B.A. or M.A. degree in law or economics;
- at least 5-7 years of experience in AML, with a focus on the Crypto;
- possesses sufficient knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework and legal environment in terms of providing payment services;
- has excellent speaking and writing skills in English, Estonian, and Russian;
- has good computer skills, incl. skills in document and table editing, use of design applications and electronic archives/databases
- is observant, positive, active, independent, hard-working, stress-resistant, able to work with a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £1,717.00-£2,000.00 per month
