Location: Preston

Salary: £39,921 - £42,581

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering training and education on our Project Management programmes, including delivery of APM PMQ course, in line with Apprenticeship standards and BAE systems blended learning delivery models capitalising on ideas and innovation to enhance teaching and learning practice
  • Contributing to the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the curriculum always promoting a positive, meaningful digital first learning culture
  • Preparing and marking assessments as required within the range of programmes providing informative, meaningful feedback and ensuring rapid progress of our Apprentices individual development and recording through apprentice reviews
  • Participating in Apprentice interviews, enrolment and induction, open days and enrichment activities
  • Contributing to the end-to-end process of the learner journey to support in creating a high-quality learning experience, including quality and safeguarding

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • An Industry recognised Professional Qualification is mandatory (APM PMQ or equivalent)
  • Applicants should have recent experience of delivering Project Management professional qualifications (e.g., APM PMQ, PMI, APMG) with successful outcomes
  • A teaching qualification and/or teaching or training experience is mandatory paired, with experience of developing blended learning resources and delivery on a VLE (virtual learning Environment) platform preferred
  • Experience delivering on Project Management programmes up to Level 4

Desirable:

  • Experience delivering on Project Management or Project Control programmes up to Level 6
  • Experience delivering on Project Control programmes up to Level 6
  • Applicants may have had recent experience of teaching and mentoring
  • Experience leading or working in project environments / roles. This may include evidence of project practice through CV and/or professional body accreditation, such as membership or chartership
