Job Description
Cardnet is a fantastic team within LBG with a meaningful part to play in Helping Britain Prosper. We currently have an opportunity available in our Client Delivery Team for a Corporate Support Team member on a 1 year fixed term contract.
In this highly competitive market you'll share our passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service. You'll apply your skills and expertise to assist our clients with any queries or concerns and ensure we're there to support them through their business lifecycle.
Developing and maintaining a close working relationship with key areas of the business, you'll be responsible for delivering the best in class experience from a service perspective. Working as part of a friendly, professional team, you'll ensure that accountability is taken with all client queries to ensure a swift resolution. You'll also be responsible for identifying improvements within the business to ensure a smooth end to end journey for our merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a tailored service to our VIP clients ensuring all SLA’s are adhered to at all times.
  • To develop a strong working relationship with our VIP and Corporate Clients to support with their day to day business needs.
  • Developing and maintain a close working relationship with key areas of the business.
  • Highlight shortcomings and suggest improvements in current compliance processes, systems and procedures to aid the client end to end journey.
  • Internal Customer management.
  • To anticipate, identify and manage risk in a timely manner for the benefit of both the client and LBG
  • Build excellent working relationships with the Cardnet Relationship Managers to support them with their clients
  • To determine solutions that fulfil client requirements and ensure optimum returns for the Business.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all operational and processing areas of Fiserv (Cardnet’s joint venture partner)
  • Work closely with Card and Industry teams to understand all processing regulations and that the account managers (AM’s) are aware to ensure merchant compliance.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with both internal and external personnel.
  • Able to produce excellent written communication.
  • Ability to engage lateral thinking and problem solving techniques to overcome issues and find opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
  • Ability to challenge status quo, with ultimate aim in ensuring Cardnet is the UK’s leading acquirer.
