INFORMATION

• Position: Corporate Security Officer - Reception
• Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour
• Hours: 56 hours per week
• Shifts: 12-hour shifts – 3 DAYS, 3 NIGHTS, 3 OFF

Job Role / Requirements

• SIA Licence required (Advantageous but not essential)
• Previous corporate experience desirable but not necessary
• Must have good command of English Language
• Excellent communication both written & verbal
• Excellent customer service skills
• To always conduct yourself in a professional and positive manner
• Flexible in the approach to daily duties
• The ability to work under pressure
• Intermediate level of PC skills (MS Office, Excel, Email)
• Will need to cover the control room in the absence of the supervisor (Enhanced Rate)
• Will at times need to cover areas such as Gate house and post room in the event of annual leave or sickness

• Reliable, Responsible and Punctual
• Able to work in a team as well as on your own
• Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus
• The ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative
