Job description
Do you have excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a friendly, secure front of house service, with previous experience gained in a Corporate Security environment?
M4FM are looking for an experienced corporate security officer to provide front of house security and a very high level of customer service. The desirable candidate will have previous experience in a similar role.
The role:
- To provide exceptional Front of House Services
- Engage with staff, visitors, and contractors
- To ensure access control and booking systems are complied with
- patrolling and securing the building
- To use all relevant surveillance and communications equipment
- Ensure health and safety procedures are always followed recording and reporting all faults and health and safety hazards
- To respond to security alerts and emergency situations, and maintain accurate records
- Carry out weekly building inspections, identifying, reporting repairs and defects
The person:
- You should be both welcoming and representative of the building and the client we are representing
- Smart, well presented, and confident with the ability to work under pressure
- Must be IT literate with the ability to work competently on various systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Oral and Written English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be pro-active in your duties, be able to work on your own initiative and work with others
Requirements:
· Security: 2 years (required)
· SIA CCTV/SG/DS Licence (required)
· First Aid Certification (required)
· Fire Marshall Certificate (Preferred)

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
