By building a solid reputation for highest-quality commercial developments and innovation over the last 30 years, HFD Group is recognized as Scotland’s leading commercial property company.The successful candidate will carry out Concierge/Corporate Security functions, working alongside reception personnel delivering first class customer service liaison and excellent building security services.The concierge will be required to conduct reception duties including operation of the visitor management system, access control, CCTV and assist the building manager with tasks such as fire alarm isolation, testing & evacuation procedure.The team onsite will take a personal dedicated approach to the operation of the building focusing on the occupier/visitor experience & wellbeing, health & safety, delivering enhanced security.You will have:Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge and develop professional relationships.Excellent Guest Relation Services as well as contractor liaison in conjunction with the Building Manager requirementsExcellent communication skills both written and verbal which allow for clear briefings, handover details, specifications, and instructions.Flexibility and willingness to work hours that complement the operational requirements of the company and have a proactive attitude.A professional, disciplined, and responsible attitude to work, with the ability to prioritise and handle tasks in an efficient manner.Experience in security systems.Key responsibilities will include:Protection of propertyPrevention of loss, waste, and damageMonitoring and responding to safety risks.Prevention and detection of crimeBeing responsible for the safety and security of customers, clients, and staffIncident report writingMaintaining outstanding customer service levelsCCTV MonitoringMinimum skills required include:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacyA reasonable level of physical fitnessA confident manner and the ability to handle confrontation when necessary.Flexible, willing to adapt to new tasks and duties with a positive attitude.Valid SIA Manned Guarding LicenceA valid CCTV SIA Licence is an advantage.If you join the team, you will receive:Reimbursement of SIA licenseDiscounts on retailers, cinema, and holidays.24/7 Support Line and Face to Face counselling through our EAP.OnDemand GP appointments, avoiding those NHS wait times.5.6 weeks annual leaveLife Assurance (4x salary)Cycle to Work scheme.And loads more!Work pattern: A rotating shift pattern including days, evenings, and weekends.
