Corporate Security Manager, Europe – Consumer Health
Located: High Wycombe, UK or Europe (Hybrid)

What will you do
Leading Europe as part of a new global corporate security team that is being deployed to support our new consumer health company, Kenvue. Reporting to the Director EMEA Region, the Manager for Europe has direct oversight for a number of physical security functions that positively impact the protection of associates, visitors, facilities, and assets. The role supports the implementation of global security policies and programs throughout Europe to mitigate risks, respond to incidents, limit exposure to liability, and create secure working conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contributes to the continuity and growth of the business by providing suitable security services
- Serves as the risk mitigation and intelligence leader for the sub-region
- Maintains a security culture among associates by promoting situational awareness and sharing information related to security conditions and trends
- Coordinates internal/external security investigations within the sub-region
- Establishes and maintains effective liaison with local/state/federal law enforcement and external security committees/partnerships in support of the Global Security mission
- Oversees site physical security risk assessments in the sub-region
- Partners with E&PS to assess and monitor adherence to the Global Security Minimum Security Standards (MSS)
- Liaises with business leadership: Legal, HR, IT, Quality, Facilities, and other functional areas in the development and deployment of standardized strategies, policies, procedures, best practices, and security programs
- Supports HR and the Business leadership during high risk employee separations
- Collaborates with activated Crisis Management Teams (CMTs) and the Operational Crisis Response Team for all hazards including natural disasters, pandemics, and geo-political events
- Coordinates security support for special events, business meetings and travelers, as required
- Supports training/security awareness requests, as appropriate
- Drives adoption of global security technology standards within the sub-region
- Identifies “Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats” within the sub-region that facilitate the development and implementation of security programs that support risk mitigation
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Proven experience in corporate security management or 8 years of experience in law enforcement is required
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated organization skills and sound judgment
- Must be results-objectives-goal oriented, a cost-benefit analyst, and decision-maker
- Ability to brief at all levels of the company and communicate openly and candidly across business units and operating companies
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
- Able to prioritize, plan, execute and multitask work programs on own initiative with a developed sense of self-knowledge, knowing own limitations, and able to judge when it is necessary to consult/inform/involve others, often in short timelines
- Ability to oversee and manage external vendors
- Sub-regional threat and risk awareness/perspective
- Computer literacy and have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required
- Must have proficiency in French and English
What we are looking for
- An advanced degree in Criminology or Police Sciences, Business Administration, Forensic Sciences, or Security Management
- Security Certification(s), including CPP from ASIS International
- Prior private sector experience involving corporate investigations and/or providing security services
- Experience working in a decentralized environment where decision-making is shared
- Experience supporting Executive Protection Team initiatives and interacting with business partners such as meeting planners, event personnel, and administrative staff members
- Autonomous problem solver & decision-maker
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact/relate to people from different cultures; with the ability to form strong/effective relationships
- Experience in organizational change management and managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
