Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruitment Marketing Focused) will contribute to Vantage’s success by partnering with the Director of Marketing and Global Talent Acquisition lead to create and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies globally to attract high-quality applicants. Success in this role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, experience in recruitment marketing, an understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing, and data analysis skills.
The Talent Acquisition Partner in this position should be highly motivated, creative, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. The responsibilities of this role are global in nature (performed virtually) and the person occupying this seat will work across a variety of time zones in EMEA, the United States, Canada, and Asia. The position will report to the VP of Talent Acquisition with a dotted line to the Director of Marketing.
Top Priorities
- Develop content shared for social media that generates interest and intrigue to prospective job seekers globally.
- Locate opportunities online (via LinkedIn groups, industry organizations, and others) to target candidates from underrepresented groups.
- Make suggestions and help implement (where applicable) improvements to our careers page under the direction of the Director of Marketing.
- Partner with the marketing team to define, measure and report on core metrics and the impact they have on our business.
- Set and achieve targets for candidate pipeline generation across all regions (EMEA, NA and APAC).
- Support the Talent Acquisition Leaders by creating content that appeals to a diverse talent pool.
- In partnership with Vantage’s Director of Marketing, develop a globally consistent and regionally relevant recruitment marketing strategy with defined deliverables and measurable outcomes within brand and voice standards.
- Promote Vantage as an employer of choice on social media by conveying our culture, values and benefits.
- Develop and maintain Glassdoor monitoring and response program.
- Lead the global rollout and implementation of Textio.
Essential Job Functions
- Close collaboration with Director of Marketing to refine messaging and ensure brand integrity and consistency.
- Work with the marketing team to choose the networks the company will focus on for recruiting purposes, i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
- Create content to promote the Vantage employee experience and culture.
- Generate standardized templates for promotion announcements, career changes, job fairs, hiring events, job postings and featured employee posts.
- Market (and showcase) our company as a talent destination with content that appeals to all people, including underrepresented groups.
- Contribute to building a current imagery library of culture images from events and offices around the globe.
- Communicate regularly with the Talent Acquisition department to get a clear view of the company’s hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Partner with marketing to design and implement marketing strategies to promote local and national recruiting events.
- Covering all recruitment events on appropriate social media channels.
- With the help and guidance of the Director of Marketing, determine the most resonant messaging to the target market through A/B testing and other data collection methods, ensuring that messaging is on point and optimized to achieve the desired results.
- Create monthly scorecard and prepare monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics for leadership to monitor and evaluate the company's digital presence and campaign performance.
- Researching marketing and advertising trends in the industry, as well as best practices
- Contribute to the Vantage social media calendar by suggesting content and events for promotion.
- Assist in creating engaging job descriptions with overall responsibility for the deployment and execution of Textio, globally.
- Contribute to standardizing and branding the Talent Acquisition Team’s communications to candidates.
Job Requirements
- Proven record of conceptualizing, executing, and reporting on campaigns.
- Ability to organize, multi-task, and complete simultaneous deadline projects.
- Strong critical thinking skills and initiative to continually learn and look for solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms, specifically Workday.
- Passion for DEI and recruiting.
- The Recruitment Marketing Lead should be proactive, creative, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
