Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Management of key stakeholder relationships internally and externally, including Human Resources, Hiring Managers and Agencies
• Drive a positive experience for all candidates from end-to-end
• Lead a team of Talent Specialists and oversee sourcing activities for multi-discipline roles
• Utilise recruitment tools and ATS effectively whilst coaching others on effective utilisation of systems

Your Profile

• Proven experience managing Talent Acquisition activities within an FMCG / Manufacturing environment
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Educated to degree level with CIPD qualification
• Honest and credible with a high level of integrity
• Proven communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations
• Ability to enhance Talent Acquisition processes and implement structure
