Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Management of key stakeholder relationships internally and externally, including Human Resources, Hiring Managers and Agencies
- Drive a positive experience for all candidates from end-to-end
- Lead a team of Talent Specialists and oversee sourcing activities for multi-discipline roles
- Utilise recruitment tools and ATS effectively whilst coaching others on effective utilisation of systems
Your Profile
- Proven experience managing Talent Acquisition activities within an FMCG / Manufacturing environment
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Educated to degree level with CIPD qualification
- Honest and credible with a high level of integrity
- Proven communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations
- Ability to enhance Talent Acquisition processes and implement structure
