Here at Liberty HR, we are delighted to be working exclusively with our Client, based on the outskirts of Portsmouth to help find them a Talent Acquisition Advisor. Is this newly created role something that you could get stuck into?
This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis. The role is standalone, and you will be reporting into a fantastic Head of People. You will therefore need to be both operational and strategic and not be afraid of administration!
Youwill have the genuine opportunity to make this role your own.
Youwill cover an extensive range of talent acquisition and talent management activities.
Youwill develop Talent strategies that attract, recruit and select candidates for key business areas, with a focus on employee development and retention.
You will have extensive experience in direct resourcing at all levels and managing low to high volume and complex resourcing projects.
As a person you will have a real creative flair, high attention to detail, be very organised and comfortable with multi-tasking.
The salary offered for this role is up to £30,000, plus benefits.
