Job description
In order to be successful in the role you must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Experience leading a high-volume recruiting team in the service industry.
- 8-10 years’ of high-level talent acquisition experience, with exposure in all areas including talent acquisition, recruiting metrics, employee relations, talent development, and compensation and benefits.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP or -SCP certification preferred.
- Intermediate Skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High energy, analytical, & results-driven, striving to improve processes every day.
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and high-volume workload. Strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
- Exceptional communication skills, strong relationship-building skills, and a positive professional attitude.
- High level of integrity.
