About the role
The Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (TACoE) Lead will work closely with the Global TA delivery function, wider TA, Talent and HR CoE collaborators, and the business, to design, develop and implement scalable, industry-leading hiring solutions. Scope of the TACoE includes, but is not limited to; the TA tech stack architecture, Candidate Experience (CX), Interview & Assessment methodology, Sourcing, and Onboarding.
The TACoE Lead will be a subject matter expert in at least 1-2 of these verticals but will have exposure to programs across all areas of TACoE scope. This includes the design and implementation of end-to-end hiring experiences for our key persona groups – recruiters, candidates and hiring managers. This role will report directly to the Global Head of TACoE, who reports to the Global Head of TA.

Whilst preference will be given to candidates already in the UK, we’re open to considering talent based out of other key Haleon sites in Europe and India.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…
Design, develop and continuous improvement of the global hiring process steps
Collaborate with technology, HR and other supporting teams to maximise functionality and user experiences
Collaborate with TA CoE, global legal and mobility teams, and regional people services team to create co-owned policies supporting TA process steps
Ensure global TA–related, minimum compliance standards are implemented with local adaptations where required
Design exceptions process with relevant regional teams, and act as point of escalation for policy and process related queries
SME for all process and policy related queries
Design and agree KPI reporting metrics to support and monitor efficient working practices
Stakeholder engagement across all levels of seniority
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Foundational knowledge of e2e TA processes in a global TA delivery function
SME level knowledge across one TA vertical preferred i.e., Tech, Tools, Processes, On-boarding, Cx etc.
Sound understanding of regional or global employment solutions and compliance requirement
Proven project management experience
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
A track record in designing, developing, or improving TA processes to create exceptional experiences
Experience working in a large, matrix organisation
Experience managing performance of 3rd party providers
Innovative mindset and big picture thinking!
