We are looking to hire an experienced Strategic Resourcing - Talent Manager to work for the Head of Strategic Resourcing .
About the role
The role operates within a team of 9 Talent Managers, including our Emerging Talent team who are a crucial pipeline into our professional hires. You'll work on all Corporate roles within Head Office with a strong focus on all professional banded hires. The volume of roles are at an all time high, so this role will be extremely exciting and rewarding but also very fast paced and intricate so will suit someone used to working under pressure, in very confidential scenarios and to timelines.
The role of Strategic Resourcing Talent Manager is to drive an innovative, and transformational agenda showing a clear Senior and Professional Hire operational recruitment strategy. It focuses on enhancing our employer brand, improving the candidate experience, supports business priorities and reflects the capability requirements for now, and our future.
About you
We need a creative individual that has the ability to demonstrate their passion for an Inclusion and Diversity agenda as this will be at the heart of the business with every hire we make.
Influencing, guiding and educating key stakeholders will be a daily part of the role as will be the ability to interpret and deliver data back to the business to future plan. This team is very visual within the business, so you will be able to build an excellent reputation as a subject expert.
Skills/Expertise
Experience of working in a large, complex and matrixed business 5 + years with in-house or agency recruitment
