A professional Hedge Fund company with many offices around the world are currently seeking a receptionist for their office in St James, London You will be the first point of contact to meet and greet all guests. You will also be required to book meetings and manage conference rooms, arrange couriers as well as accept deliveries of small packages. Keeping the reception area and conference rooms tidy at all times, Answer and forward phone calls and ant Ad hoc administrative tasks that may occur.
Hours are 8.30 am – 5.30pm Mon – Friday - however flexibility is required to attend premises to supervise and monitor other Reception sites within the firm if needed.
This is an exciting and busy opportunity to use your receptionist skills as well as multi-tasking skills within a highly corporate and fast expanding company so being able to prioritise in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment is essential.
This is the perfect position for someone who has had at least 1 year’s reception experience ideally within a corporate style environment. You need to have strong experience in Microsoft Office,
Other skills/requirements include:
- Excel and data entry skills.
- Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
- Having the ability to remain calm in a hectic work environment
- The ability to communicate well with people of all levels
- Friendly and cooperative personality
- Personal integrity; trustworthy and honest
