Job description
Directly office based inside the “Walkie Talkie” building at 20 Fenchurch Street. An open-plan, fully up-to-date and ‘technologically sound’ base to operate from, with dedicated conference rooms holding up to 28 people.
Your role will be to provide a seamless 5* customer service to all visitors. You will be operating and booking conference / meetings rooms ensuring all runs smoothly. Acting as the first point of contact for all queries. Organising catering and post and general care of your appointed area.
Monday - Friday (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm)
Salary - £26,000pa
About The Role
- Greet all visitors promptly. Announce them, offer cloakroom facilities and beverages/refreshments if they are to be kept waiting.
- Log all expected visitors into the system and issue visitor passes.
- Thoroughly check all security passes & access cards, ensuring tenants and guests gain prompt entry to correct areas without compromising security policies.
- Escort guests to appropriate meeting rooms when requested.
- Communicate to guests if their host is to be delayed.
- Respond to queries, concerns or needs of tenants or others in the building (technical support, storage requests etc). And redirect more complex questions to on-site management.
- Ensure the smooth running of the meeting rooms. Including bookings, cancellations and arranging catering for meetings.
