Job description
This is a busy Corporate Reception role in a prestigious multi-tenanted building in the City with a lot of duties to fulfil. We are looking for positive, outgoing, hard working applicants who have at least 2 years experience in a corporate FOH role (ideally with some managerial experience as well) and who have great communication skills, take ownership of their role and who thrive in busy environments.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Prior Experience: Front of House Experience is required, previous managerial experience in strongly desired. The role involves completing KPI’s, creating newsletters for 3 different sites, managing a site app and using it to produce reports, managing the building Instagram content, as well as organising pop-ups and events. experience in these areas will be very beneficial.
Soft Skills & Aptitudes: Experience in admin tasks, great communication skills, the ability to take initiative in your work, experience in leadership, problem solving and Multi-tasking.
Role Specific Capabilities: Experience using Microsoft Office package and Outlook, Experience producing high quality reports on PowerPoint and experience managing corporate Instagram content. Experience using Canva to create a Newsletter would be helpful
Personal Qualities: Creative, confident, Positive attitude, friendly outgoing personality, comfortable working independently without direct supervision.
