About the role
We are looking to recruit a Corporate Manager – Human Resources to join our People & Organisation service on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional candidate to make a significant contribution in leading an ambitious, high achieving, busy HR team and supporting the Council’s journey of continuous change.
About the role
As Corporate Manager – Human Resources you will lead a strong team of HR professionals, experienced Senior HR Assistants and HR Assistants, supporting our managers, headteachers and employees to deliver excellent services.
About the candidate
Our ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified (level 7) and will be motivated to support the business in responding to the challenges of economic, legislative and changing working practices. You will be an inspiring leader with an innovative approach to problem solving, fully embracing of digital solutions, and passionate about the continuous improvement of service delivery.
We welcome applications from non-Welsh speakers. All successful applicants requiring support to learn/improve their Welsh language skills will be offered funded lessons, during work time, to help reach the desired standard.
