Sophisticated Recruitment are working with a large Financial Advisory firm to hire a Corporate Benefits Advisor on a remote Basis. The successful candidate will be required to meet with clients via video conference and in person however there will not be a need to work from the office.
Overview
Advise business clients on workplace pensions. Additional areas of advice would include insurance, employee benefits and other products.
The role will provide advice on selecting and implementing employee benefits with a focus on governance, stakeholder communication and employee guidance.
Develop business relationships quickly and remotely with a robust contact and engagement strategy with all stakeholders including providers and prospective clients.
Undertake projects, organise events and take responsibility for communicating with to stakeholders including clients as and when required, to support the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives.
Required Experience and Skills
2+ years experience in a similar advisory role focusing on pensions and insurance for an FCA Regulate firm
Strong technical understanding of employee benefits design and products.
Analytical and numerical ability – able to analyse and interpret data, evaluate data.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative working relationship
Salary and Benefits
Remote / Home working: £45,000 -£65,000 Base salary DOE + Generous bonus scheme + Private Health + Life Assurance + Income Protection + Pension Scheme
