This group offers integrated banking services, providing lending, risk management, cash and liquidity management, trade finance and asset financing solutions – all delivered with our client-centric approach. The chance to make an impact
As a Summer Analyst, you’ll spend time with our Global Corporates and Financial Institutions teams, gaining exposure to a variety of Barclays’ businesses and clients. By working closely with experienced relationship directors, you will learn how to assess a client’s needs, then formulate and execute the right solutions to help them reach their goals. You may:
- perform financial analysis of potential clients.
- prepare presentations and memoranda for existing and new clients.
- support credit and onboarding due diligence.
- attend client meetings with experienced bankers.
- network and build relationships across a global organisation.

To be considered for this program, you must:
- currently be pursuing an undergraduate degree with anticipated graduation year 2024.
Ideally, you would also have:
- a strong interest in business and banking.
- strong communication and writing skills.
- course experience in finance, accounting and economics recommended, but not required.
- resourcefulness, team-orientation, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated through participation in extracurricular activities.
