Corporate Account Manager - Telecoms and IT ( Digital Transformation )
Reports to: Internal Sales Manager
Salary: 25k-30k basic plus un-capped benefits (50k OTE)
Location: Leeds

About the Team:
The Client Services team is the heartbeat of Lily, they are responsible for looking after our existing clients and supporting them with digital transformation journey’s. Each client is extremely important to Lily and ensuring they are happy with the services they have is imperative to our success. Acting as a trusted advisor allows the team to utilise Lily’s comprehensive product ecosystem, successfully allowing the team to add value to their business by providing them with high quality products and service solutions
What the job is and your responsibilities:
As a Corporate Client Account Manager, you will be intrusted with a selection of Lily’s corporate customers, of which you will be responsible for:
- Achieving and succeeding sales targets
- Increasing revenue with existing accounts
- Building strong relationships with the accounts by understanding their business needs and supporting them accordingly – Visiting their premises where necessary
- Responding to customer queries and reporting to the relevant department when needed
- Understanding Lily’s product ecosystem and effectively increasing product penetration within the existing client base
- Negotiating new contracts and re-signing existing agreements
- Building, managing, and forecasting a solid opportunity pipeline
- Demonstrating Lilys core values and playing your part in achieving our company vison.
About You:
We are looking for someone who loves speaking to customers and enjoys giving a fantastic customer experience to build rapport and develop strong relationships.
Having excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset is essential to get the most out of cross selling opportunities. Time management and being pro-active is also important as you will need to manage your workload effectively with the number of accounts you are provided.
At Lily, there’s a great focus on getting things right first time, so having excellent attention to detail is highly regarded as well as adopting to the culture and execution of the Account Development plans.
Qualifications and Technical Skills:
Experience in selling Unified Communications and other related multi-product solutions (Connectivity, Cloud, IT Managed Services and Cyber Security).
Account Management experience is essential, as you have the knowledge and skill to nurture, negotiate and sell whilst keeping the client happy.
