The team you will be a part of
The Digital Marketing team develops marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience and analyzes their effectiveness. Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands. May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management.

WoW Studios is the next generation of advertising, storytelling, and experience for brands like KitchenAid, Whirlpool, JennAir, Maytag, Amana, and more. With support from executive leadership, using the latest digital marketing tools, and empowering award-winning marketing teams and talent, we’re elevating Whirlpool Corporation through investing in creativity and improving consumers’ lives inside millions of homes.
WoW Studios is committed to increasing the total output of campaigns, content, design, experiences, and digital innovation across all consumer touchpoints (film, social, digital, experiential, etc).

WoW Studios’ North American headquarters is located in the historic Reid Murdoch Building at the edge of Chicago’s Riverwalk.
In this role, you will execute a range of marketing content and communications that support the active evaluation and purchase of Whirlpool's iconic brands of small and major appliances. Projects may include, but are not limited to:
- Product videos for new and existing products
- Message managers detailing product features and benefits
- Recipe-driven content
- Social content
- Post-purchase user content
- Retailer specific programs
Your responsibilities will include
- Collaborate closely with creative teams and with key brand partners to support the development of creative content that meets brand strategy and drives action.
- Bring creative ideas to life across a wide scope of projects and through a variety of digital and social touchpoints.
- Be a maestro of words to help drive the brand voice forward and realize the creative vision by writing and developing content for multichannel campaigns.
- Reflect and express brand strategies through breakthrough ideas and compelling content.
- Participate in the production of creative assets across the Consumer Decision Journey.
- Develop impactful, creative ideas and execution that deliver and adhere to the brand standards, ensuring cohesion and consistency.
- Develop a deep knowledge of the brand, the category and the future of home care to apply across all work.
- Articulate creative intent to others and proactively coordinate with partners and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
- Participate in a collaborative working environment across creative disciplines and across the agency.
- Be a good human being that brings passion for the work and compassion for teammates.
Minimum requirements
- ~5+ years of digital experience and content creation for established brands
- Experience in an agency or in-house setting
Preferred skills and experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in creative field
- Able to accept feedback to continually improve work
- Problem-solving mentality; self-motivated and strong intuition about brand development and execution
- Collaborative, generous team player, ready to share ideas and willing to build on the ideas of others
- A problem solver and story-teller, who is able to frame challenges in an interesting way and collaborate with teams to inspire unexpected ideas
- Ability to collaborate with teams to facilitate and achieve business goals
- Ability to quickly analyze and synthesize a concept from idea to execution
- Driven to raise the bar, challenge the status quo, and experiment with approaches outside of his/her comfort zone to deliver results and create impact
