The Role:
- Apply copywriting skills to web content, blogs, campaigns, messaging strategy, product pages, social channels and landing pages.
- Work closely with the wider digital and brands team on external and internal brand voice initiatives.
- Drive updates and testing of website landing pages to improve key metrics.
- Use SEO best practices to inform your blog, landing page and meta-description content, while remaining true to each brand’s unique tone of voice.
- Manage a content marketing calendar, planning the creation and delivery of multi-channel content that will deliver our overall marketing goals.
- Monitor and review existing content online to ensure relevancy and to maintain the performance of content.
- Coordinate sign off for all assets from brand teams.
- Support the wider digital team with product launches, delivering the content needed to help achieve launch goals.
- Identify key selling points and create copy that appeals to a range of audiences.
- Continual testing and optimisation of email copy to improve conversion.
What does it Take?
If you are ready to be the voice that helps our client build their business, share in their success and really own it as a Copywriter, you'll need:
- Advanced written communication skills, with copy, content and UX writing experience across website and email channels.
- Understanding of SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement.
- Experience in driving retention/increased time spent on website through optimisation of landing pages and content.
- Experience working with a tone of voice, challenging it and helping to evolve it where necessary.
- Strong skills in conceptual thinking, creating original content that targets a specific audience.
- Ability to create clear and concise copy whilst highlighting key product information and aligning with the business goals.
