Copywriter
Team: Communications & Marketing

This role will focus on service and marketing communications. Key responsibilities include content creation, copywriting, and copy editing across short and long-form. Projects will include, but not limited to rider communications such as information packets, marketing campaigns, social media, script writing, blogs, key messages, newsletters and more. Key Responsibilities:
- Compose copy for customer and marketing assets, such as rider onboarding materials, information portals, posters, scripts, direct mail pieces, landing pages, journal, and email blasts.
- Support copy needs for Zoox social media channels including Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Support copy editing and quality checks on copy created by other team members for internal or external channels.
- Implement and uphold the brand voice across channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years experience in communications/copywriting at an agency, in-house, or both
- Understanding of product and corporate communications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to create both technical and lifestyle writing pieces
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to understand and synthesize complex or technical ideas into clear messaging
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships with all levels of management
- Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $54.00 - $59.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
