About this opportunity
Are you a copywriter with a passion for getting things right for our customers, who understands what great communications look like, and has a collaborative and can-do focus to ensure we deliver outstanding comms day in, day out?...
Here you'll be part of the team responsible for developing and delivering outstanding customer communications and other content for our Transport brands (Black Horse and Lex Autolease).
As a copywriter, you'll use insight and research to understand our customers and write and deliver communications in a straightforward and empathetic way using the Group's Customer Communications Principles.
This is your opportunity to think differently, to look to the future, and make a real impact on the experience the customer has with us.
You'll be involved in:
  • Planning and writing clear, engaging and empathetic marketing, regulatory and operational communications in accordance with our customer comms principles
  • Supporting the wider team with copywriting support and asset reviews
  • Applying data to create messages that are relevant, personalised and use the most appropriate delivery format to meet our customer and regulatory needs (e.g., paperless/email)
  • Undertaking customer journey-based reviews of our communications and processes making recommendations for improvement
  • Managing feedback and approvals, as well as looking after costs across several campaigns and projects.
