JOB TITLE: Copywriter
SALARY: £37,548 - £41,700
LOCATION(S): Bristol
HOURS: Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Here you'll be part of the team responsible for developing and delivering outstanding customer communications and other content for our Transport brands (Black Horse and Lex Autolease).
As a copywriter, you'll use insight and research to understand our customers and write and deliver communications in a straightforward and empathetic way using the Group's Customer Communications Principles.

You'll be involved in:
Planning and writing clear, engaging and empathetic marketing, regulatory and operational communications in accordance with our customer comms principles
Supporting the wider team with copywriting support and asset reviews
Applying data to create messages that are relevant, personalised and use the most appropriate delivery format to meet our customer and regulatory needs (e.g., paperless/email)
Undertaking customer journey-based reviews of our communications and processes making recommendations for improvement
Managing feedback and approvals, as well as looking after costs across several campaigns and projects.

What you'll need
You're a critical thinker, capable of coping with ambiguity, who can manage multiple project workstreams concurrently, and you'll have:
A copywriting background which includes customer communication and content development across multiple formats and channels
Strong oral and written communication skills, able to express your point of view, ideas, and solutions clearly and convincingly to partners, including the ability to influence others
Hands-on experience of applying relevant consumer legislation to communications
Experience reviewing and improving customer journeys, communications and processes, as well as demonstrate excellent attention to detail. - you’ll support the team proofreading their communications
Effective stakeholder and project management skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Word and PowerPoint
