We are seeking an experienced In Room Dining Coordinator to join our in room dining team. You will be responsible for taking food & beverage orders over the telephone, that will be served in the comfort of the guest's bedroom.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all guest's food and beverage requests and orders are taken accurately and efficiently, accurately charge to the guest rooms
  • Coordinate the in room dining team to ensure items are delivered in timely manner
  • Update guest profiles with their preferences in order to exceed expectations
  • Maintain the highest possible standards within the in room Dining team
  • Support the team during service to ensure a smooth operation
  • Ensure that the pantry areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the in room dining and kitchen team

Entry Requirements

  • Experience as a coordinator within a food & beverage setting or as waiter/ waitress in a fast paced environment
  • 4 or 5-star experience is essential for this role
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent food & beverage knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent spoken English is essential, with clear telephone manner
  • Ability to work in a high pressured environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with high profile clients in a profession manner
