The role

As the People Coordinator, you will be working very closely with the People Director and People Partner in developing, shaping and embedding HR best practise across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is seeking an environment that is dynamic, fast moving and one that provides great opportunity for development.

This role will be focussed on the end-to-end employee life cycle where you will be responsible for the smooth running of the people function.

You will have ideally already had exposure working within a People/ HR Administrative or Coordination role with a strong passion for people and its operation.


What you can expect to get up to:

  • Updating documentation and information for all employees – from contracts to internal comms and everything in between.
  • Ad hoc front of house/reception duties.
  • Ad hoc office administration duties.
  • Responsible for preparing key documentation during the employee life cycle; this will include, but not limited to, offer letters and employment contracts, promotion letters, probation letters and reference letters to name a few
  • Organising and coordinating employee socials and events.
  • Coordinating and developing various employee initiatives i.e. organising employee Lunch and Learns, coordinating speakers and educational events such as MBAs.
  • Owning the pre boarding and onboarding process for new joiners.
  • Maintain and update HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the business.
  • Manage the People team calendar.
  • Drive employee engagement
  • Being the first point of contact for all internal queries

What we're looking for:

  • 1+ years experience of working within a fast-paced tech company
  • 1+ years of working within a coordination or administrative People/HR role.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience using HRIS or Jira ideal
  • Genuine interest in working within the People department
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exception written and verbal skills
  • Excited about working in a dynamic environment
  • The ability to take initiative.
