Calendar Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Supporting up to 7 executives by providing proactive and efficient administrative assistance
- Managing complex international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, transportation, and itineraries
- Preparing and organizing documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence for executives, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Conducting research, compiling data, and preparing briefs and summaries to facilitate decision-making and enhance productivity
- Anticipating and addressing executives' needs and priorities, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient processes
- Collaborating with other executive assistants and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and provide backup support as needed
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to executive support functions
- Minimum 2 years of diary management experience
- Experience working in a high volume, high pressure role
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
