- File opening and closure with other administrative tasks
- Preparing client quotes and engagement letters
- Preparing and drafting contract packs
- Dealing with client and solicitors enquiries
- Keeping clients updated with progress of transaction
- Reporting on mortgage offers
- Financial bills and completion statements
- Stamp duty land tax forms
- H M Land Registry applications
- Post completion tasks including notice fees, deed of covenants and certificates of compliance
- Dealing with file closing and new title registration
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player
- Ability to adapt and work independently when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, NW1 0JH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
