Key responsibilities of the Financial Controller
Managing the financial reporting and accounting functions of the company, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures and controls to support the company's growth and strategic objectives
Providing timely and accurate financial analysis, forecasts and budgets
Leading and mentoring the finance team
Liaising with stakeholders, maintaining positive and professional relationships
Key requirements of the Financial Controller
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
Strong Excel skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
