Financial Controller

An experienced Financial Controller is required to join our client’s growing international, market leading business in Rushden.

This role is offered with progression potential and you will play a pivotal part in the development of the business working closely with the Group Financial Controller.

Key areas you will be responsible for are:

· Coaching, developing, training and motivating the finance team.

· Ensuring the business maintains a strong financial control environment.

· Review of the consolidation of monthly reporting, budgets and forecasts.

· Producing management accounts.

· Process and control improvements where appropriate.

· Oversee the production of monthly and quarterly financial and non-financial reports.

· Manage the relationship with external auditors and HMRC.

· Stock accounting and costings analysis.

· Treasury and cash management.

Ideally you will be a fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with extensive senior level accountancy experience. You will have a thorough understanding of UK reporting standards and have excellent interpersonal and strategic thinking skills.

Salary: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
