Job description
Highway tachograph & autocentre is looking for a Controller to join our team in Wolverhampton.
Established in 2008, Highway tachograph & auto centre ltd is a family owned business which is slowly becoming one of the leading recovery providers in the west midlands, Shropshire, Powys areas. Covering all aspects of vehicle rescue, including roadside assistance , vehicle recovery, on site repairs, diagnostic checks, vehicle transportation and vehicle storage facilities.
With a fleet of over 15 specialist recovery vehicles that operate the latest recovery equipment, we pride ourselves in providing the highest level of customer service. We have great understanding of the critical nature of emergency assistance and strive to achieve the highest level of service to all our customers.
We have three depots head office wolverhampton , telford ,weshpool
We are recruiting night time controllers to work shifts 12am till 10pm and 10pm till 6am
every other weekend also
Key skills
We deal with all clubs and will be sorting jobs ,drivers and invoicing and dealing with queries
Experience within the recovery industry is desirable but not essential training can be provided for the right candidate
Thrives under pressure
Ability to be flexible with shifts
Excellent communication skills and a desire to assist customers.
The ability and motivation to work on your own initiative
